We provide personalised tutoring for primary and secondary students in English, Mathematics, History, and Studies of Religion and Personal Development, Physical Health and Education (PDHPE) conducted at the customer’s location or as agreed.

Enrolment & Payment

• Booking & Fees: Subject to availability; fees are agreed upon at booking.

• Payments: Accepted via bank transfer, cash, or as arranged, and must be completed before sessions.

• Refunds: No refunds for missed/canceled sessions unless at our discretion. Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled with notice.

Cancellations

• By Students: 24 hours’ notice is required; late cancellations may forfeit fees.

• By KV Tutoring: We may reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Student Conduct, Privacy & Liability

• Students must come prepared and behave respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may result in session termination without a refund.

• Personal information is used solely for service delivery and kept confidential.

• Student progress may be used for internal evaluation.

• We are not responsible for outcomes from our services. Liability is limited to fees paid.
